Your consultation is a one-on-one conversation + assessment designed to understand you—your goals, challenges, lifestyle, what’s been holding you back and how you move forward.
During this session, we’ll talk through where you are now, where you want to be, and the obstacles that have made progress difficult in the past. This may include discussing your training history, daily routine, stress levels, mindset, and any injuries or limitations. Followed by a movement screen to assess any dysfunctional movement patterns and identify any areas of pain. Lastly, a full view of your body composition to understand your starting position, current health/physique and where we would like to be.
The purpose of the consultation is to identify your sticking points, create clarity around your goals, and determine the best path forward. You’ll leave with a better understanding of what’s been missing, what needs to change, and what is the right next step for you.
There’s no pressure or obligation—this session is about alignment, clarity and support.
