I’m Remanie, a fitness coach helping you unlock core definition, strength, and pain-free performance using progressive, movement-based training. With a background in academy and grassroots football, I developed a passion for fitness from a young age. After studying to become a Level 3 Personal Trainer in college, I gained hands-on experience working across several gyms—starting as a fitness instructor and progressing to personal training over the last four years. My journey through competitive sport and professional fitness gives me a unique perspective: I understand the discipline of athletes and the real-life challenges everyday clients face, allowing me to tailor effective, realistic training programs for all levels.
